Rental

The Born to Bead studio will be rented out at an hourly rate; the rental will offer you all the tools and equipment to make your own glass beads including: Torch, Kiln, shaping tools, mandrels, cleaning tools, safety glasses

Studio Rental Options:

Casual hourly rate = $30
5 hour concession card = $125
10hour concession card = $200

Additional services offered:

Bead Cleaning >>>
Should you not be able to return to clean your beads; the Born to Bead studio offers Bead Cleaning services. Beads will be cleaned at 10c per bead + postage to your physical address.

Bead Photography >>>
The Born to Bead studio has a photographic corner with a light tent and two continuos lights with a high resolution digital camera. Photographs will be taken at 300dpi and charged at $5 per photo, they will be mailed digitally to your e-mail address you provide

Bead Batch Annealing >>>
Should you have a home studio using a vermiculite blanket, you can send us your beads and we will batch anneal them and post them back to you. Please call for pricing depending on the number of beads you have approx $15 per kiln load of 20 – 50 beads

Cold Working >>>
The cold working grinder is NOT included in the studio rental fee. You will need to complete a cold working class before you are able to rent this equipment due to the nature of the device and handling.
